At Almubarak Estate South C, AcreIOT provided an integrated CCTV, live fence and alarm solution for a residential setting. The project brings visual monitoring, perimeter protection and an alarm layer together around the estate’s security needs.

The project

An estate’s security needs extend across its shared lanes, entrances and boundary. This project combines three complementary systems within one security installation, rather than treating each area as an isolated requirement.

CCTV for visual context

The CCTV installation provides views of the residential lanes, gate area and perimeter. The selected project images below show those different views and the physical setting in which the system operates.

Live fence for the perimeter

The live fence forms the active perimeter layer of the solution. At the gate and boundary, it sits alongside the CCTV coverage as part of the estate’s integrated security installation.

An alarm layer

The alarm system adds the alerting layer to the project. Together with CCTV and the live fence, it brings notification, visual context and perimeter protection into the estate’s security workflow.

Bringing the layers together

The defining feature of this installation is the combination of CCTV, live fence and alarm within a single estate project. Each layer has a distinct role, while the overall solution is considered around the place and the people it serves.
