Enquiry form
The enquiry form uses your name, email address, optional organisation, selected service and project description. When the form offers “Send enquiry”, submitting sends those details to AcreIOT through Brevo, our transactional email service. Enquiries are not saved to a website database or browser storage. Short-lived request counters help limit automated submissions. If direct delivery is unavailable, the form prepares a local email draft. Reloading the page clears that draft.
Sending an email
When you choose “Open email app”, your browser passes the draft to your configured email application. You review and send it from there. Copying the message places it on your device’s clipboard. Email sent to AcreIOT is handled through the email services used by you and AcreIOT.
Project imagery
Case study images are prepared for publication by obscuring identifying details and removing embedded personal and location metadata. Project names and broad locations may be included in the case study itself. Contact the team if you have a concern about an image.
Theme preference
Your Light, Dark or System selection is saved on this device in browser local storage under the key acreiot-theme. It contains only the display preference. System mode follows your device’s colour setting. If browser storage is unavailable, switching still works during this visit.
Cookies and analytics
This application does not include analytics, advertising trackers or application cookies. Fonts, logo files and the illustration are served by the site. A hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website; its practices depend on the deployment provider.

Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive operational records in an initial enquiry. Start with a general description of your project.
